A new CrossFit space for Frankfurt
Train
Train with purpose. Progress with confidence.
Our training space is designed for performance, focus, and flow. With a 250 m² class area and an additional 90 m² open gym, there is ample room for coached sessions as well as individual training.
The hall features modern, high-quality equipment, a rig with ten full squat stations, rings, and rope climbs, supporting everything from strength work to gymnastics and conditioning. With ceiling heights of up to 5 meters, the space feels open, powerful, and purpose-built for CrossFit.
Whether you are joining a class or training independently, the layout allows for clear structure, safe movement, and real progress—without crowding or compromise.
Café
Good coffee. Clean fuel. Time to connect.
Directly next to the training floor, our café and lounge area is the social heart of the box. The 60 m² lounge offers views into the training space, making it easy to stay connected before or after a session.
Inside, a quieter café area provides a calm place to sit, work, or talk. We serve high-quality coffee from a barista-level espresso machine, alongside snacks and drinks that fit an active lifestyle.
The space is designed to be welcoming and practical: a kids’ corner for families and a dogs’ corner for four-legged companions make it a place where everyday life and training naturally come together.
Coworking
A place to work—before or after training.
Our integrated coworking office is built for members who want to make the most of their day. The space includes desks with screens, reliable connectivity, and a quiet phone booth for calls or video meetings.
A printer and a small kitchenette are available, making the area suitable for focused work between training sessions—or as a productive stop before or after your workout.
The coworking area connects training, work, and recovery in one place, reducing friction and making it easier to balance sport, career, and daily life.
Physio
Recover well. Move better. Train longer.
Physiotherapy is fully integrated into the box, with two dedicated treatment rooms designed for professional care in a calm, functional environment.
Having physio on site allows for short paths: assessment, treatment, and training are closely connected. This supports injury prevention, recovery, and long-term performance—especially for athletes who train consistently.
Whether you are managing an injury, working on mobility, or supporting your training goals, physiotherapy becomes a natural part of your routine, not a separate appointment elsewhere.
